If you are not satisfied with your purchase, no problem, we are here to make things right. We accept returns for up to 30 days from the day of purchase. Following are more details:
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and began the refund process
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to the original method of payment (within 10 business days from the day we receive the item at our warehouse). Please note that we allot 10 days because there is usually a delay with credit issuers in applying for the credit.
What items are non-refundable?
Items sold as "open" or "used" condition are non-refundable. All items sold as "New" are fully returnable and refundable. You will receive the full value of the original purchase price as long as your requested return is received within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
Are there fees to return?
- No restocking fees or charges to return.
- You are responsible to return the item via the shipping method that is most convenient for you. It item needs to be in sellable condition, or, otherwise, no refund will be issued.
